Michele Allan will formally assume the role of Managing Director and CEO at the end of the Annual General Meeting which is scheduled for 21 November 2007. 

Michele has had over thirty years experience in the Australian manufacturing sector. Most recently Michele was Group General Manager Risk and Sustainability for Amcor Limited where she implemented an enterprise risk management process and a sustainability strategy for the global organisation. She is recognised for her skills with people, strategy and leadership. Prior to this position Michele was employed by Amcor to restructure its research and technology group, focusing on superior customer service and production of commercial intellectual property.

The appointment of Michele Allan follows careful consideration of other potential candidates identified by the Board and its advisors. The Board believes that her appointment will provide the company with strong and consistent leadership and will allow continuity in the pursuit of its strategic goals.
