It is with regret that the Company advises that Dr Michele Allan has decided to pursue other interests and is stepping down from the role of CEO. Michele joined Patties Foods Ltd as a Director in 2006 and her contributions to the business during her tenure have been invaluable. We wish her well in her future endeavours.

The two new appointees are:

Greg Bourke - Chief Executive Officer

Greg had a twenty year career with George Weston Foods Ltd. He joined Westons as Finance Manager - Milling Victoria, advancing to Group General Manager Weston Milling, New Zealand and in 2006, rejoined the Australian operation as CFO of Weston's Don Smallgoods Division.

Greg Dhnaram - Non-Executive Director

Greg worked with retailer Woolworths Ltd for 30 years. He held a number of senior positions on both State and National levels - including buying/marketing, operations and logistics. In 1995, Greg was honoured by suppliers, winning Foodweek "Chain Store Retailer of the Year" Award. Greg left Woolworths in 2007 and in February this year was appointed as CEO Favco Group - a major player in the produce industry. Greg has recently been appointed as a Director on the Citrus Australia Board.

The addition of the new members to the Patties team, plus financial performance on expectation for July and August 2008, underpins our confidence in the future performance of Patties.
