I have been with Patties Foods as Brand Manager - Four'N Twenty since August 2008, located at the National Head Office in Mentone VIC.
As a part of Marketing team, our biggest achievement is ensuring our brands remain market leaders in every category we compete. We continue to achieve brand growth & lead the category through innovation & demand creating initiatives such as the Four'N Twenty Legendary Angus range & Creative Gourmet Smoothie Cubes.
We have a rich understanding of our consumers, we seek to constantly improve on what we do & how we do it, & over the years have been able to forge strong relations with external agencies who continue to deliver award winning campaigns & executions with us. |

I have worked with Patties for just over four years now. I started with Patties as a HR Officer and as I have developed my HR career and the opportunity became available, I moved into the role of People and Organisation Manager - Operations.
I am located at the Bairnsdale manufacturing facility. I enjoy living and working in East Gippsland - the commute to work is only 5 minutes and there are barely any traffic jams!!! East Gippsland is a great place to live with so many outdoor activities available on our door step. By working at Patties manufacturing facility I am able to get the best of both worlds - a great career and a great lifestyle.
The culture at Patties is that of loyalty - both ways. The people of Patties are dedicated to the company and in return Patties looks after its greatest asset - its people. Patties has carried on the family values culture instilled in the company for so many years whilst growing and changing constantly. Everyone at Patties has a can-do attitude - no challenge is too big, making it an exciting place to be. |

I have worked at Patties for almost 21 years and in that time I have been a Production Supervisor, Production Manager and am now the Plant Manager.
I am located in Bairnsdale, VIC which is 3.5 hours east of Melbourne. Bairnsdale is 25 min from the coastal town of Lakes Entrance, 10 mins from the great Gippsland Lakes and 1.5 hours from Mt Hotham and the great alpine country.
Bairnsdale is a great place to bring up a family - good schools, a large shopping centre and plenty of recreational activities.
Patties Foods is a great Australian-owned food company - it has great brands, state-of-the-art equipment, and a great dedicated workforce. Patties has provided me and my family with great opportunities and growth within the company.

I have been with Patties for just over 2 years after I relocated from Melbourne with my family as part of a sea change / tree change.
As part of the Operations Team, I am the Line Manager for the iconic Four 'N Twenty pie production and packing line which makes between 250,000 – 300,000 kgs of pies on a 24 hour, 5 day operation every week. There are approximately 95 people in my team including 3 shift supervisors. I am responsible for delivering on plant safety, quality, GMP, OEE, Plan Attainment, waste and attendance targets as well as coordinating training and development for team members. My role requires close interaction with Maintenance, Stores , Supply Chain, R&D and Quality Assurance Teams.
The culture at Patties is one of team work in a fast pace and rapidly evolving environment. We have fun with what we do, but we are very serious about achieving our targets and driving sustainable improvement throughout all levels of our operations. |
