Our dedicated People & Organisation team has established a process which ensures everyone is provided the opportunity to show why they would be a great fit for our business.

  • All current vacancies are located online.
  • Applications are reviewed and shortlisted.
  • At each stage of our recruitment process, candidates will be contacted in a timely manner.
  • From here, we'll contact you to advise whether you've been successful to come in for a face to face interview.
  • Some positions may require pre-employment medicals, and functional capacity testing and attendance at a second interview depending upon the nature of the role.
  • Reference checks will be completed upon request.
  • If you are successful, you will be contacted by the hiring manager or a member of the P&O team to discuss the offer process.

Frequently Asked Questions

We understand it can be difficult not knowing the 'protocol' when going through a recruitment process, so hopefully the below will answer some of those questions and help ease your mind if you're waiting for something to happen!

Q. How long can I expect to wait before I know the outcome of my application?  

A. As you can imagine we receive hundreds of applications each month and endeavour to get back to you by email as quickly as possible. For most of our open roles you can expect to hear back from us within about one week.  

Q. How long is the normal recruitment process?  

A. The standard recruitment process can be anywhere between 4 and 6 weeks. If, however, you have applied for a temporary role the process can be much quicker - anywhere from a few days to 2 weeks.

Q. If I am looking for temp work should I go through an agency or can I apply directly?  

A. We do rely on a selection of agencies to help us recruit temporary candidates but that doesn’t mean you can’t apply directly. You can Register Your Details on our job search function and a careers team consultant will be in touch if there is a contract role that matches your skills and experience.
