Our extensive range now includes Gluten Free Products, which are perfect for people with special dietary requirements such as Coeliacs Disease or anyone who follows a Gluten Free diet. Patties Foods has built a 100% gluten free environment at its bakery in Bairnsdale Victoria to guarantee the integrity of its gluten-free products.  The new Gluten Free range is produced in this stand- alone, airlocked production facility, ensuring 'ZERO' cross contamination.

Our processes are HACCP Certified to ensure a thorough, systematic approach to food safety. And we conduct thorough reviews of all ingredient suppliers and rigorous testing and laboratory analysis of all our Gluten Free range.

Patties Gluten Free range is now available from Coles and Woolworths Supermarkets nationally, and in selected Independent Supermarkets in Victoria.
